| Adoramos o tempo que passamos no Sunset, o flat é confortável e tem tudo o que precisávamos, a localização é ótima, perto de estação de metro e de pontos de ônibus que te levam direto para o caminito ou para a feira de San Telmo. Nem é preciso ligar para o taxi, pois eles passam na porta durante todo o dia e noite! E você ainda caminha para algunsdeliciosos restaurantes bem próximos, e a gastronia da região também é farta! A vista então é um espetáculo a parte, tivemos a sorte de ter lindos pores do Sol todos os dias, deixando o céu num vermelho intenso!! Experiência maravilhosa que vamos levar da nossa lua de mel, e já estamos fazendo planos para voltarmos!! |

| This apartment on Malabia street is absolutely amazing! It's just as adorable as the pictures and I felt at home right away. Ralf and his entire staff are very nice and accommodating. They helped me with airport transportation, maps, renting a local cell phone and a welcome beer upon arrival. The location itself in my opinion is the best area to live/ stay in BsAs, Palermo Soho. I felt very safe and was able walk to lots of local bars, restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the subway as well. Thanks Ralf and team for helping make my stay in BsAs a dream getaway. Can't wait to come back! |

They manage to meet everyone's expectation, even to the most demanding clients like myself. High standard services. | I was lucky enough to get this apartment with only two day's notice. Ralf and his staff made sure everything was handled well and even had an option to bring me to and from the airport. Location: Very good! Close to Palermo Hollywood and many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and parks. Wifi: fast and easy to setup Cleanliness: impeccable! It was like a hotel room but more personal and liberating. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit, thank you so much. |

| What a great experience I had with ba4U!!! I was greeted when I arrived, they provided city map, recommendations about places to explore and things to do and answered all of my questions. The Serena apartment was clean, located close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and even a metro station. The studo looked like it did in the photos, and I must admit, it added to my great experiece in Buenos Aires! | My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Cosmopolitan Studio apartment in Recoleta. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures; it was modern, clean and cozy. And the location was great for exploring the city. Marcelo, one of Ralf's colleagues, greeted us at the apartment and provided lots of recommendations about places to explore, restaurants and general tips about Buenos Aires, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend staying at one of Ralf's apartments. |

| Stellar Apartment in a well-located area. I've stayed in Buenos Aires before and I must say that these accommodations are top-notch. I felt like a royal looking out on BsAs off the 11th floor balcony, the bedding and amenities were also of a very high standard. The view from the gym was unparalleled. Everyone at 'BA4U Apartments was a joy to talk to and the whole experience was flawless. I got some great advice at check-in! |

| Loved our stay in BA! |
| Don't hesitate for a moment to visit Buenos Aires and stay at BA4U. This was our first vacation apartment rental and we did a fair amount of internet research. We read some fearful notes regarding unscrupulous rental companies that caused some concern. After our visit, we can say that none of those concerns apply to BA4U. Our unit matched up to the photo. It was perfect.. clean, nicely decorated and with all the comforts of home. Our unit had a balcony. Morning breakfasts and evening cocktails outside quickly became a pleasurable routine. Keep in mind that BA is a bustling metropolis and although being in the center of it all was what we loved about our building's location, there was some street noise during the day. If that is a concern, check for units in the back. The management at BA4U couldn't have been more helpful. They were supportive of our stay and generally a great team whose obvious aim was that we enjoyed our stay and take away the best of BA. Can't wait to go back and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. |

| Rojo Apartment - Santa Fe Plaza |
| I stayed at Santa Fe Plaza for eight weeks in January, February, and March of 2012. Ralf and Tomás and the entire staff are amazing. My apartment was exactly like the pictures on the website. The location is the best. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and transportation are right out the front door. My balcony had the most incredible view and the roof top pool was gorgeous. The full time, 24-hour front door staff is always willing to help with any questions you may have as well. I always looked forward to Fridays as that was the day my housekeeper would arrive. She did a perfect job of making the apartment look beautiful. I have already planned my two months next year and without a doubt I will be back with this apartment rental company. BA4U Apartments is, without a doubt, head and shoulders above any other apartment rental company. |

| Ralf and his staff could not be any nicer then they were. They were extremely helpful in recommending things to do and restaurants, as well as arranging transportation for us. The condo was beautiful and clean and more than met our expectations. We would rent from them again, and we highly recommend them. First class all the way. |

| Fountain Apartment in Recoleta |
| The Fountain view 2-Bedroom Apartment is beautiful! The location is perfect. It is close to public transportation, the Recoleta Cemetery, banks, exchange houses, the DIsco supermarket and the Alvear Hotel is just downstairs. A person comes once a week to clean the apartment and change the towels. The doorman was warm and helpful. This apartment is worth every penny. We tarveled with my in-laws and they loved it too. Ralf is WONDERFUL! He answered all our questions promptly, he kept email communications with us often before we arrived and once there we were given three sets of keys, a map of the city and information on how to get around and good places to see. Ralf was warm and personable and we enjoyed meeting him and doing business with him. All around our experience in Buenos Aires was made more pleasurable because of Ralph's attentiveness and professionalism. We recommend Ralf and this apartment without any hesitation. |

| ------DEUTSCH------ Das Apartment hat locker Hotel Niveau, großes bequemes Bett, schöne Sofaecke am Fenster, moderne Küche, voll ausgestattet. Alles ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und gepfelgt. Wifi/W-Lan funktioniert gut und schnell, ein Multiadapter steckt neben dem Schreibtisch , Fön, Handtücher, Beachtowels... Alles perfekt. Die Lage ist toll, nachmittags Sonne auf dem Balkon, paar hundert Meter zu Metro, Zoo und Parks (Joggen) oder aber in die andere Richtung in die kleine nette Neighbourhood mit Boutiquen und Restaurants im Soho London Style. Auch nachts habe ich mich hier übrigens immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Ralf (spricht auch deutsch) und sein Team antwortetn schnell und sind sehr professionell und super hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Airportshuttle für 35? gibts auch.
-------ENGLISH---------- The apartment is great, I would say even suite level in a hotel. Modern furniture, all amenities you need (and they work), AC and lift, security, everything clean and taken care for. Sunset from the balcony is amazing! The park for those who run is just two blocks away, next to the zoo. So is the underground (Metro) If you head to the other direction instead, you end up in an bohamien cosy quarter with lots boutiques and restaurants and yes, its walking distance and as the area is save, even at night, you can easily do so. Ralf and his team are very responsive and super professionel, he speaks German, english and espanol and whatever you might need, they will take care for it, airport shuttle isn't a problem either. |

| Ralf and his team were very helpful in planning our weekend in B.A. They were always available to guide us on excursions or dinner recommendations etc. The ROJO was very clean and well appointed with a superb location weather you want to visit Recoletta, Palermo, or head Downtown. The subway was only 1 block away. I would stay with Ralf again and would highly recommend to all my friends when their travels take them to B.A. |

| Ralf was an excellent host: he was very responsive to us in prepping for the trip (even offered to have a car pick us up at the airport). The condo is exactly as represented on the website: it's spotless, well maintained, and in a secure new building (24-hour gated security around the building). The location is excellent - about 2 blocks from the subway (IMHO the best way to get around B.A.), in Palermo SoHo. I know the ultimate question is, "would you stay here again if returning to Buenos Aires?" and the answer is a definite "Yes". Thanks, Ralf, for a wonderful stay! |

| I am back after a very enjoyable, one month stay at ba4u apartments. I encourage everyone going to Buenos Aires to stay with them! You will not be disappointed with A-1 service, immaculate accommodation, great location and a cosmolitan city with friendly, helpful people willing to help lost strangers on the street. The entire staff and director are welcoming at all times. No question or problem I may have was ever a problem. I felt I had chosen the right place and people to stay during the month from first e-mail contact to goodbyes at the end of my stay. Many thanks Ralf, Andres, Marcelo and Tomas. | We can't thank you guys enough for an incredible stay. Tomas was great answering all my questions before arrival and Ralf made us feel at home once we arrived. The apt in Palermo Uno was amazing and made our trip all that much more enjoyable. You guys run a first rate business. My wife also commented how much she loved the soft bedding and comfortable bed. The apartment gave us all the comforts of being home while we were away. The gym with breathtaking views was a nice plus as well as the great pool area downstairs. The apt is close to all the best restaurants and shops in the City. Would highly recommend and stay again next time we are in BA! |

| After visiting BA in April, I was thrilled to be able to revisit so soon in July. BA4U made this trip my best yet. From Tomas answering all of my requests within minutes to Andres meeting me at the apartment to go over all of the specifics, to Alvaro giving me one of the best massages ever following my flight, this trip tops them all. | It was lovely staying at the Premier Loft hosted by Ralf. I would do this again for sure the next time I visit Buenos Aires! Ralf was not only friendly and warm but also very attentive and helpful. | FIVE STARS!!! The Building/Apartment is an example of luxury living in Buenos Aires. Ralf and his staff continued to exceed my expectations. I was greeted at the airport with a friendly smile and private transportation, which was arranged prior to my travel for a small additional fee, which I highly recommend and is well worth it. The building is magnificent and the views are breath taking. During my 1 month stay, Ralf occasionally checked to see that my needs were attended to without being obtrusive. Ralf and Tomas are both very friendly and were always willing to answer any questions that I had about anything. This unit has a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed a good night’s sleep and woke up feeling increasingly refreshed. The maid was very friendly and did a great job cleaning. High speed internet worked great! This was a high priority for me since I work from home via the internet and VOIP. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and there is plenty of good food and nightlife just blocks away. The doormen are very friendly. I would highly recommend that you book this apartment or use Ralf to book your next stay with. I will very soon. Cheers! Kyle |

| Loved staying in this apartment. Its so modern but has some really cool retro features and the Andy Warhol Marilyn picture gives it a great feel. The apartment is very spacious and the bed was UBER comfortable.It is also very well equipped in terms of linen and kitchen supplies if you like to cook or entertain. What is best about this place is the spectacular view of Buenos Aires. I just wanted to sit on the balcony all day and night and look out over the city. The sky gym in the building is amazing and has great equipment. The pool is great as well and a good way to meet fellow travellers here as well as locals. The apartment is is so centrally located as well. Close to the subway parks and trendy Palermo Soho restaurants and shops. Of course, what is most important is the staff. They keep the place spotless, and provide great support services and information to ensure you have a great stay. Higly recommend the apartment and the company. |

| I stayed at BA4U apts twice within two weeks while using Bs As as my jump off point to Uruguay and Paraguay. Both times, I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and thoroughness. I have stayed at apartments in 8 different countries (multiple times in Bs As), and by far, BA4U have impressed me the most. The apartments are impeccable and impressed the friends I invited over. The staff make sure you are all set up, including your internet connection, before leaving you at your room after check in. Marcelo and Andres were top notch and very helpful. Ivana, the supervisor of the cleaning crew, was very nice as well. She even walked with me when I was looking for a dry cleaning place. Yes, they cater to heterosexuals! I was afraid at first after looking at their site that they only took gay clients. I guess they just have to say it since some people may have a problem with that. (In the 21st century???) I guess those who have a problem with that will miss out on the best apartment rental agency in Bs As. If not the world! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Bs As! Thank you guys for my wonderful Bs As stays in 2011! |

| Hola! Hope all is well there - here's our testimonial: My husband and I went to Buenos Aires on our honeymoon and were very fortunate to be referred to BA4U Apartments. We ended up staying in 4 different apartments (as we kept extending our trip!) - one in Recoleta and the rest in Palermo. The entire staff at BA4U was incredibly responsive and helpful. They took care of our moves to and from the apartments - all of which were beautifully decorated, clean and in nice, safe buildings where we felt very comfortable. BA4U was great in the little things too - answering our questions about getting around and things to do...they even gave us treats over the Christmas holiday and a bottle of champagne to toast our final evening there which made it very special. We will definitely use them again when we go back. Thank you BA4U for helping to make our honeymoon fantastic! |

| Loved the apartments and the staff |
| My husband and I stayed in 3 of the BA4U apartments- one in Barrio Norte and two in Palermo. All were very well locacted (within 2 blocks of a D line subway stop) and all 3 were very comfortable and stylishly furnished. Everyone working at the agency was highly responsible and very helpful. On two occasions we had problems and they were remedied promptly (one was that someone in the building next door and directly behind our bedroom started doing construction at 7 a.m. - BA4U moved us to another apt) If the people at BA4U say they will be there at 10 p.m., they are there. We were totally pleased and would definitely rent from them again. |

Die Wohnung war modern, sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte eine außergewöhnlichen Aussicht über BA! Zusätzlich hatte das Gebäude einen wunderschönen Pool und ein tolles Gym! Der Stadtteil Palermo bietet ein sensationelles Einkaufserlebnis, tolle Restaurants und Bars, die alle nur wenige Gehminuten von dem Apartment entfernt waren. Das ba4u-Team war großartig und hat uns viele tolle Tips zu Tagestouren, Restaurants und Parties gegeben. | Well we're back home now, back in the real world after having had such a wonderful time in Buenos Aires. Everything went perfectly and we are so grateful for all the terrific tips you gave us. I wanted to tell you that we had a beautiful night at Little Rose on Saturday. We were laughing because we were the first ones to arrive at about 9pm, but ended up being among the last to leave. What an absolutely gorgeous place. The staff were terrific, and were really helpful in making recommendations for our menu selection, and wine, and cocktails, and then when we were finally about to leave offered us a glass of champagne on the house! So much fun. We also had a great night at Milion on Friday, after doing the gallery walk with free champers at some lovely galleries. That was after spending a fabulous day at Tigre Delta. Great to have a change of pace and scenery get some bushwalking in too. Thanks again for the lovely lunch at Milion, and I look forward to repaying the favour when you're in Sydney. |

| Andres and Tomas-- I truly enjoyed my stay at the Blanca apartment for 10 days recently. It, the apartment, was well-appointed, attractive, very comfortable, and relatively quiet. One thing that I would suggest that the apartment obtains is CNN World (Ingles) and BBC News. My porteno guide stated that it would not cost that much more per month if this service were provided. But all in all, I do appreciate the professional manner in which your agency operates and the sincerity shown to me.
Because I was quite pleased with the facility (Plaza Santa Fe Apartments) and its personnel from the doormen to ba4uapartments manager and other staff as well as the apartment itself (Blanca)-- you can rest assured that I shall highly recommend you to others. | I booked an apartment through ba4u on a speculative basis as I was attending a friends wedding on the 24th October 2009. The service from 1 st point of contact with Tomas was superb - he did everything he could to advise me where I should stay and what each apartment offered so well done to Tomas. When I arrived in BA a taxi pick up was arranged and I was taken to the ' YIN ' apartment that I booked in 1735 Arenales, Recoleta, where I was met by a representative of ba4u who gave me maps and guides to BA, in addition they provided a mobile phone which was superb for use locally and a great service differentiator. You are provided with more than just an apartment - Alvaro the resident concierge/manager of the complex I stayed was truly superb and helpful in advising or assisting in tours, shoppping and problems etc. As a stranger to BA I would have been lost without his assistance so i have to say a huge thank you to him - he is a huge asset to the complex - thanks Alvaro. The apartment I stayed in was exactly as it was described - small but, very well fitted out and in a great location. The only area that you could improve is when I was met at the complex a tour of the building in terms of facilities etc would be great - I didnt know there was a sauna - where to go with bins etc. Its s small point but, I will be back in 2010. | Fabulous, is the word that describes my experience with ba4uapartments. Tomas, Andres, and Ralf made the whole process of finding a place to stay and reserving an apartment very pleasant.
SERVICE: Its not easy to reserve a place to stay from abroad. But these guys are so organized and diligent in communicating anything and everything you need. When I arrived from the airport, my transfer was there to take me to the hotel. When I arrived at the apartments, Andres showed me around my studio. When I needed to reserve more days, Tomas facilitated my request. All done through email. Easy and effortless. Ralf was also great at recommended the best and most beautiful of apartments that fit my price range and needs. And he made sure I was happy and enjoyed my stay in Buenos Aires.
DESIGN: The apartments I stayed in: "Urban Escape" and "Buena Vista" were so ridiculously fabulous. The design and decor is not only beautiful but functional. Every room was comfortable and livable. It was truly my home away from home. Also, if you need something from a fork to a universal adapter. . . its there. These apartments are comprehensive in its details, truly amazing. Like I said, it was like home!
LOCATION: These apartments are near the subway, restaurants, cafes, small markets, big markets, kiosks. . . everything you need is within walking distance. As a woman it is always important for me to feel safe in a foreign country when I travel alone. And this was all possible with their reliability, hospitality, and organization. You will not find an agency with the best service and best designed apartments. I highly recommend! |

Coming from a villa in cold and snowy Sweden to a temperature of 25 - 30 C... to an apartment where I could read my local papers on broadband, see TV, cook, etc. The service was excellent from ba4u.
